recipe for poached eggs

Here is a simple recipe for poached eggs:

Ingredients:

Fresh eggs (according to the number of servings needed)
Apple cider vinegar or plain table vinegar (1-2 tablespoons)
Salt (to taste)
Ground black pepper (to taste)

Instructions:

Prepare all the necessary ingredients and dishes in advance, as cooking poached eggs requires speed.

Fill a saucepan or wide saucepan with water up to half its height and bring to a boil.

Add the vinegar to the boiling water. Vinegar will help the eggs stay in shape better.

Break the eggs into separate cups or saucers.

Create a whirlpool in the center of the boiling water using a spoon, and gently lower the eggs into the water one by one, trying to hold their whites together.

Cook the poached eggs at a low boil for 3-4 minutes. The time may vary depending on the size of the eggs and the desired degree of readiness of the yolk. Smaller eggs and longer cooking will create a softer yolk.

Use a spoon with holes to carefully remove the eggs from the water. Set aside on a paper towel to get rid of excess moisture.

Serve poached eggs, sprinkled with salt and pepper, on toast, English muffin, with avocado or salad.

These tender and moist poached eggs will be a great addition to your breakfast or light lunch. Enjoy your meal!
